  • Where do you ship to?
    We Ship ALL over the USA and Canada! Shipping is fast and will be delivered in impact-resistant packaging! COVID-19 Update: Some shipping delays are expected!
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Each order is provided a tracking number! Simply enter that tracking number into the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.) and you'll be given the expected delivery date!
  • When do you charge my credit card?
    We charge your card the moment you make your order. Once your order is placed you'll see the amount reflected in your charges.
  • What's your return policy?
    Clients are eligible for a refund for 30 days after delivery! If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your order just ship it back and we'll refund it! Buyers are required to pay for the return shipping!
  • Where do you donate?
    10% of ALL sales are donated to the Nourish New York non-profit helping to feed the homeless and those in difficult situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • What kinds of materials are used?
    Our packaging consists of eco-friendly cardboard to decrease our carbon footprints!
